Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

1. Delivery Timeframes

We source our collections globally to bring you the latest styles at the best prices. Because of our direct-to-consumer fulfillment network, our shipping times are highly optimized:

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 9 Business Days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Fulfillment & Processing: Orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our international warehouses within 1 to 3 business days.

Note: During peak holiday seasons (like Christmas, Black Friday, or Easter) or during extreme weather events, minor delays may occur. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping on orders over $250

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Order Tracking

Every single order placed on Shop With Misty's comes with full end-to-end tracking.

  • As soon as your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your journey.

  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the logistics network to update the initial tracking status.

4. Correct Delivery Address & Information

We want to make sure your package reaches you smoothly!

  • The customer is responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address, including the phone number, at checkout.

  • Shop With Misty's is not responsible for deliveries that fail or are returned due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, missing house numbers, or failure to collect the package from the local post office in time.

  • Please note: We do not deliver to highly remote international island areas or unstable postal zones.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our Australian customers, most orders fall well below the import duty threshold. However, for international orders outside of Australia, any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your local government are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

6. Missing or Delayed Packages?

If your package has not arrived within our estimated 7 to 9 business days window, or if you notice your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, please don't worry!
